The tram stop is just in front of the building. Tram lines 16 and 17 are easily accessible. i found free coffee and tea available in the lounge, though hot chocolate was only available one day out of five. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and transport issues. the layout of the room was good and i got good value for the price.
the room faced the main road, so opening the window resulted in noticeable street noise.

daniel welcomed guests and was very accommodating with requests and directions. elena assisted with transport solutions. the staff helped store bags at the reception with no issues. i thought the staff were amazing!!!

There is a kitchen where guests can cook meals. i found complimentary coffee, tea and water available 24 hours. i made my own breakfast in the room. There was a working stovetop and microwave. a kettle was available in the cleaning cupboard.

the location was good , near bus and tram stations.
i found mold in the bathtub , which indicated it was not clean. additionally , i was asked to remove all trash to the garbage in the basement before leaving. this seemed like an imposition at that price point.

All went well for me. it is my go to destination when i'm visiting. very handy to the tram. This made getting around simple. the 24/7 front desk was also reassuring to me.
The pictures online were a bit misleading. the room furniture looked a bit worn. I noticed some stains on the walls.

the tram stop is right outside, and it is just a few stops to reach the touristy places. there is also a lidl store approximately ten minutes away, very convenient for picking up groceries and other essentials.

The hotel offered complementary coffee from a good machine. i also saw a nice selection of tea bags available. The breakfast option looked great with a nice selection, though i did not take it .

The kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. the bathroom and shower were great. I noticed good water pressure and hot water. there is also a free hot chocolate and coffee machine in the foyer. This added a nice touch.

I found the apartment to be well equipped with a comfy bed. the tram stop was conveniently located just outside, and i found street parking easily upon arrival. i also appreciated the 24/7 free coffee. This was a nice touch.
i noticed some unprofessionalism from the reception staff and the coffee machine was often broken. i also learned that there was no housekeeping or fresh towels provided unless requested at a cost. this was disappointing given the price.

the staff was accommodating with requests for towels and toiletries at the reception. the reception staff was helpful in purchasing transport tickets, and they permitted a late checkout after 12:00 without problems.

the room was very clean and quite spacious. cooking meals was simple because all facilities were available in the room. free tea and coffee in reception was a lovely touch. it was really nice after a busy day to get a coffee.
the hotel is a bit far from restaurant options. it is possible to take a quick tram ride to the center. the tram stop is right in front of the hotel.
